The content of this site is contributed by anyone who cares to register. Perhaps this includes you? Registration is painless enough - just choose a username and password, which I'll email back to you in case you forget. You can also use the 'forgot details' to be reunited with your account.

Nerds. Links to their sites and discussion of them. All types of nerdiness are welcome here. It is not only the province of computer scientists!

where?
The site was created and, originally, hosted in the UK. Now it is hosted in the U.S., on a solar powered server. But it is, of course, international.

how?
Links to sites can be submitted, with a description, by clicking on 'add a site' at the bottom of the page. These links can be commented on. Only those who have registered can submit sites and comments and maintain a profile. But anyone can view them.

why?
Because nerds are fascinating in their single-mindedness. And they can tell us things we weren't even aware we wanted to know, and probably wouldn't have taken the time to find out.
